For a while, gasull.xyz was a portfolio. Career timeline, success cases,
testimonials, a contact section — the whole genre. It was accurate and it was
useful, and I got what I needed out of it.
It also had a problem: it was finished. A résumé page is a document that gets updated when your job title changes and is otherwise inert. Nothing about it invited me to come back.
So I deleted it.
What this is now
A notebook that happens to be public. The rules I’m giving myself:
- No fixed subject. AI infrastructure and data platforms will show up often, because that’s what I do. So will the homelab, and things that have nothing to do with either.
- No schedule. I’d rather publish six good posts a year than fifty obligatory ones.
- Write it down when I learn it. Most of what I know I had to work out twice, because I didn’t write it down the first time.
There’s an RSS feed. Use it.
